Insurance Sales Representative

About the role

The Insurance Sales Representative will join our agency’s Sales and Marketing team to drive new business through consultative selling. Reporting to the Insurance Sales Manager, you will use proven sales methods and marketing strategies to identify prospects, negotiate terms, and close deals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential insurance clients through research and outreach.
• Conduct consultative sales meetings to understand client needs and propose suitable insurance solutions.
• Negotiate terms, prepare proposals, and close sales in line with company guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in any business-related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
