Management Accounts Manager

About the role

Reporting to the CFO, the incumbent will lead the Management Accounting function and support business performance through robust financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, costing, and decision support. This role will partner closely with senior leadership, operations, supply chain, and commercial teams to drive profitability, optimise costs, and enhance business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management reports and performance dashboards.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Conduct profitability, margin, and business performance analysis.
• Oversee product costing and manufacturing finance activities.
• Evaluate capital investment projects and strategic initiatives.
• Drive SAP reporting, automation, and financial systems improvements.
• Strengthen internal controls, governance, and financial compliance.
• Partner with business leaders to provide actionable financial insights.

Required profile

• Chartered Accountant (or CPA, ACCA, CIMA) professional qualification.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of finance experience, including at least 5 years in a management accounting role within manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of costing, budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
