About the role
The Management Information Systems (MIS) Officer will lead the consolidation, cleaning, validation and management of participant databases for the SGCF project. Working closely with the MEAL Manager, the officer ensures that data systems support project monitoring, reporting and decision‑making.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a secure, centralized database for project data.
- Regularly update, clean and validate data to ensure accuracy.
- Design and implement data collection tools for the INSPIRE Programme.
- Generate reports and visualisations for monitoring and evaluation.
- Integrate multiple data sources and maintain smooth MIS operation.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for MIS users.
- Train staff on data entry, management and MIS utilisation.
Required profile
- Minimum education with no prior experience required.
- Strong attention to detail and data quality.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a project environment.
Required skills
- Database development and management.
- Data collection and analysis.
- Reporting dashboard creation.
- Technical support and user training.
