Manager of IT Analyst and Engineering

About the role

Our client, a fast‑growing healthcare technology firm, is looking for a Manager of IT Analyst and Engineering to lead a cross‑functional team that supports enterprise technology initiatives and business‑critical projects. This remote, full‑time position reports to senior leadership and offers the chance to influence processes, build strong teams, and drive long‑term success.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of about eight professionals, including business analysts, QA specialists, reporting developers, and support staff.
• Manage a portfolio of roughly 30 concurrent technology and business initiatives, coordinating system enhancements, software implementations, and ERP‑related projects.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to prioritize work, monitor timelines, risks, and progress, and communicate updates to leadership.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement while partnering with analytics and data teams to support business objectives.

Required profile

• Previous leadership experience managing technical or engineering teams, including analysts, QA, or reporting developers.
• Strong understanding of enterprise technology projects, system implementations, and large‑scale initiatives, preferably with ERP experience.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
