Marketing Associate

About the role

Afebrile Healthcare Solutions (U) Ltd is seeking a Marketing Associate to join its mission‑driven team in Kampala. You will support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns for the company’s digital health products and services, helping to bridge healthcare gaps across Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research, collect data and produce reports to inform marketing decisions.
• Assist in the development and rollout of multi‑channel marketing campaigns.
• Prepare marketing collateral, presentations and promotional materials.
• Support sales initiatives with data‑driven insights and lead‑generation activities.
• Coordinate events, webinars and community outreach activities.
• Manage basic digital channels and track performance metrics.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure consistent messaging.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills, including clear writing and presentation abilities.
• Proven market research capabilities, with experience in data collection and analysis.
• Experience in sales and marketing support, such as lead generation and campaign execution.
• Project‑management aptitude, able to organise tasks, meet deadlines and coordinate stakeholders.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
