Marketing Manager

About the role

The Marketing Manager will develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies that align with Pinnacle Partners' educational objectives. This role oversees all advertising and promotional activities to drive brand awareness and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities.
• Conduct market research to identify requirements for existing and future products.
• Analyze customer research, market conditions and competitor information.
• Develop and implement marketing plans for new and existing products.
• Expand and manage marketing platforms, including social media channels.
• Monitor, review and report on all marketing activities and results.
• Determine and manage the marketing budget, ensuring activities stay within agreed limits.
• Report on return on investment and key performance metrics.
• Develop pricing strategies and create marketing presentations.
• Liaise with media and advertising partners and collaborate with the sales function.

Required profile

• Business or marketing‑related degree or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum 36 months of experience developing and managing marketing strategies.
• Proven experience in customer and market research with relevant product and industry knowledge.
• Strong digital marketing skills and familiarity with relevant software applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, collaborative and strategic thinking abilities.
