National Account Manager

About the role

The National Account Manager will drive revenue growth for Liquid Intelligent Technologies Uganda by acquiring new enterprise customers and expanding relationships with existing accounts. Reporting to senior sales leadership, the role balances new‑business hunting (approximately 80% of effort) with cross‑selling and upselling within an assigned portfolio (20%).

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new corporate customers across Uganda’s public and private sectors.
• Develop and execute consultative sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Maintain and deepen relationships with existing accounts, uncovering cross‑sell and up‑sell opportunities.
• Collaborate with technical and product teams to tailor solutions involving fibre networks, cloud services, cybersecurity and data centre offerings.
• Prepare accurate forecasts, pipeline reports and sales documentation.
• Represent Liquid Intelligent Technologies at industry events and client meetings.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in B2B sales within the ICT or telecommunications sector.
• Proven track record of meeting sales quotas and managing complex accounts.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer‑centric mindset.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across functions.
