Online Sales Agent – IT Products (Commission Based)

About the role

The Online Sales Agent will promote and sell pcmall IT products and solutions using personal networks and online platforms such as WhatsApp and social media. The role is fully remote, commission‑based, and focuses on generating leads, informing prospects, and moving them toward purchase.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential customers through personal networks and digital channels.
• Promote pcmall IT products and solutions to a target audience.
• Provide accurate product information and technical details to assist decision‑making.
• Manage the sales funnel from initial inquiry to final purchase.
• Hand over complex or high‑value deals to the internal pcmall team for closing.
• Generate sales leads independently to meet commission targets.

Required profile

• High level of persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Strong digital literacy and proficiency with social media and messaging platforms.
• Excellent communication skills for explaining IT products clearly.
• Creative, autonomous, and proactive mindset.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently without supervision.
