Operations Manager – Broilers

About the role

The Operations Manager – Broilers will lead the entire broiler division, overseeing current and future sites. This senior position is responsible for strategic direction, day‑to‑day execution, and continuous improvement of broiler operations.

Key responsibilities

• Strategically direct, manage and transition broiler operations across all sites.
• Plan, organize, communicate and execute business activities to meet KPI targets.
• Review and update SOPs, ensuring alignment with food‑safety standards.
• Develop data‑driven processes, daily/weekly/monthly reports for senior leadership.
• Collaborate with QA to implement a robust quality‑assurance program.
• Recruit, train and mentor breeder farm managers and contract growers to achieve international standards.
• Maintain poultry facilities and equipment in optimal condition.
• Drive best‑practice implementation and promote company culture and values.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Agriculture or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of senior‑level experience in poultry farming.
• High integrity, strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proven leadership managing large, diverse teams.
• Result‑driven attitude with a willingness to go the extra mile.
