Operations Manager

About the role

The Operations Manager will lead the daily activities of Ramosmax’s car wash and detailing centre in Kamwokya, ensuring high‑quality service delivery, efficient workflows, and a motivated team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, train, mentor and evaluate staff; set performance expectations and manage disciplinary actions.
• Oversee all operational processes, maintain equipment, enforce SOPs and drive continuous improvement.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, resolve complaints promptly and nurture client relationships.
• Monitor inventory of chemicals, consumables and uniforms; coordinate procurement and maintain supplier links.
• Support marketing initiatives, track sales against targets and contribute to business development.
• Conduct quality inspections, ensure service standards, and train staff on best practices.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operational reports, analyse KPIs and advise the Managing Director.

Required profile

• Mid‑level professional with at least 12 months of relevant experience.
• Strong leadership, discipline and ability to handle difficult conversations.
• Excellent organisational skills and a results‑oriented mindset.
