About the role
The Operations Manager will lead daily activities across the store, warehouse, e‑commerce platform and customer service functions. This role is critical for building scalable processes and a high‑performance culture as the business grows.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across the store, warehouse, e‑commerce, customer service, and fulfilment.
- Build and maintain SOPs, accountability structures, and reporting frameworks to support scaling.
- Manage operational staff, conduct performance reviews and foster a high‑performance culture.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in operations management within a fast‑paced retail or e‑commerce environment.
- Strong natural leadership ability and maturity.
