Owner – Education Services Company

About the role

The Owner will lead SIPRO Educational Services Ltd, shaping its strategic direction and ensuring the delivery of high‑quality learning solutions. Based in Kampala, this full‑time, on‑site position oversees all aspects of the business, from program development to financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the company’s strategic plan, including educational program design and service delivery.
• Manage day‑to‑day operations, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Monitor financial performance, budgeting, forecasting and resource allocation.
• Develop and nurture partnerships with schools, educators and other stakeholders.
• Lead marketing, enrollment initiatives and business development activities.
• Continuously assess market needs and drive service quality improvements.

Required profile

• Proven leadership and management experience overseeing teams, operations and strategy.
• Strong business and financial acumen, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Background in education, training or academic administration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• High integrity, professionalism and commitment to learner‑centered practices.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, Business Administration, Management or related field.
