Podcast Co-Host (Volunteer)

About the role

OrHaCare is seeking a medical or healthcare professional to serve as a volunteer podcast co‑host for its “Beyond the Walls” platform. The podcast aims to bring reliable health information and meaningful conversations from hospitals into the wider community.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in podcast recordings and related community‑engagement activities, committing to at least two Saturdays each month.
• Engage confidently on camera with guests and community members, asking thoughtful questions and translating health information into easy‑to‑understand language.

Required profile

• Resides in Kampala, Uganda.
• Medical or healthcare background (e.g., doctor, nurse, midwife, pharmacist, public health professional, allied health).
• Comfortable speaking on camera and interacting with guests and the public.
• Genuine interest in health education and community health.
• Willing to volunteer time and grow with the program.
