Preschool Teacher

About the role

Cadence Education is seeking a passionate Preschool Teacher to join its early‑learning team. Working under the School Director and Lead Teacher, you will help create a safe, nurturing classroom where children develop physically, socially, emotionally, and academically.

Key responsibilities

• Support a positive, inclusive classroom environment that respects each child’s dignity.
• Greet children and families daily, building welcoming professional relationships.
• Assist in recognizing and responding to individual developmental, behavioral, cultural, and learning needs, including IEPs and behavior plans.
• Help plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum and Cadence Signature Programs.
• Communicate with families, coworkers, and leadership using Cadence‑approved tools.
• Follow safety and supervision policies, documenting and reporting accidents or incidents.
• Manage, document, and escalate child behaviors in line with Cadence policies.

Required profile

• Experience in childcare, daycare, or early childhood education.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a Lead Teacher and school leadership.
• Commitment to maintaining licensing compliance and safety standards.
