Product Manager - AI (Application Management)

About the role

Lead the product development lifecycle for AI‑driven applications, reviewing priorities and goals while collaborating with engineering, design, marketing and sales teams. The role is remote, based in the EMEA time zone, and requires close interaction with customers and internal stakeholders to shape product direction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the product development lifecycle and set product priorities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including engineering, design, marketing and sales.
• Address common project challenges, align priorities and keep business execution on track.
• Conduct market research, analyse industry trends and gather customer feedback to identify opportunities.
• Communicate product vision, status updates and key decisions to ensure alignment.
• Run usability testing, analyse user feedback and iterate to improve the user experience.
• Develop go‑to‑market strategies, create product documentation and provide training.
• Support the sales team in winning new opportunities and participate in customer meetings.
• Oversee product line consistency across teams and resolve cross‑departmental conflicts.

Required profile

• Exceptional academic results at high school and university.
• Understanding of Linux and the open‑source software community.
• Knowledge of computer architecture, application development, datacenters and cloud environments.
• Strong work ethic and personal interest in open‑source initiatives.
• Curiosity, continuous learning habit and a strong sense of ownership.
• Problem‑solving ability and innovative mindset.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage multiple projects or product lines while focusing on key priorities.
• Leadership experience in aligning diverse teams and driving consensus around product strategies.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to four times a year.
