Required profile

PhD in a relevant Engineering discipline
Minimum 10–15 years of teaching, research, and academic leadership experience
Strong record of publications in peer-reviewed journals and conference proceedings
Demonstrated ability to supervise postgraduate research and mentor junior staff
Experience in curriculum development, accreditation, or academic administration is an advantage
