Property Consultant – Entebbe

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Property Consultant to join our team in Entebbe. You will act as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing clients, guiding them through the full property‑buying journey and representing VAAL’s portfolio of developments.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities through prospecting, referrals, networking and lead‑generation activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with high‑net‑worth individuals and investors.
• Understand client needs, budgets and preferences to recommend suitable VAAL properties.
• Conduct property presentations, site visits, showhouse tours and client meetings.
• Guide clients from initial enquiry to reservation and payment completion.
• Maintain an organised sales pipeline, record leads and follow‑ups in the CRM.
• Negotiate offers and work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales and operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Real Estate or related field.
• Proven experience in high‑value sales, preferably real estate or luxury sectors.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to engage confidently with discerning, high‑net‑worth clients.
• Target‑driven, proactive and able to work independently while contributing to a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems and digital prospecting tools.
