About the role
The Recovery Officer is responsible for efficient field operations, improving asset recovery and enhancing debt collection activities while ensuring the safety and effectiveness of recovery personnel.
Key responsibilities
- Locate, identify, and secure company assets.
- Conduct debt collection by following up with debtors and recovering outstanding payments.
- Maintain accurate records of all recovery activities.
- Prepare and submit timely recovery reports to the company.
- Collaborate with other recovery team members to ensure successful operations in line with company policies.
Required profile
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Investigation and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent customer relations and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using Google Maps and other tracking/navigation tools.
- Ability to work under pressure in the field while maintaining professionalism and integrity.
