Remote Sales Agent – Insurance Solutions

About the role

Liberty Uganda is seeking motivated Sales Agents to work remotely on a full‑time basis. You will engage potential and existing customers through calls, online meetings, and digital channels, helping them choose insurance products that fit their life‑changing events.

Key responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and present appropriate life, health, and related insurance solutions.
• Explain policy benefits, terms, and guide customers through the application and onboarding process.
• Follow up on leads, maintain a prospect pipeline, and support policyholders with inquiries and basic servicing.
• Achieve sales targets while keeping accurate records in CRM or related systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams for training, product updates, and uphold Liberty Uganda’s values in every interaction.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally and empathetically.
• Customer‑service orientation to resolve issues and build long‑term relationships.
• Proven sales abilities, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing in a target‑driven environment.
• Knowledge of insurance products (life, health, disability, etc.) or related experience.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt quickly to new digital tools.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
