Sales Agent

About the role

Platinum Credit Limited is seeking a full‑time Sales Agent to join its Kampala office. The role focuses on prospecting, engaging and guiding clients through the loan application process, helping the company expand its micro‑finance portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers in Kampala and surrounding areas.
• Explain the range of loan products, answer queries and support clients through each step of the application and approval process.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets while maintaining accurate records of interactions and applications.
• Conduct field visits, handle inbound inquiries and provide after‑sales support to ensure client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with customer‑service and credit teams, and participate in sales trainings and promotional activities.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting targets.
• Secondary school education minimum; diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field is an advantage.
• Basic numeracy, computer literacy and integrity when handling financial information.
• Familiarity with Kampala and its surrounding areas and willingness to work in the field.
