Sales and Marketing Executive – Rwanda

About the role

Green Wells Energies Ltd is seeking a Sales and Marketing Executive to drive growth of its energy solutions in Rwanda. The role combines commercial sales, market development, bulk trading and stakeholder management, with a focus on achieving aggressive margin targets and expanding the reseller network.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to invoicing, including site surveys, proposals, negotiations, contracting and collections.
• Maintain price realization aligned with market benchmarks and forecast weekly/monthly volumes, gross margin and cash collections in the CRM/ERP system.
• Map and continuously update the Rwanda consumer value chain, develop the reseller segment and execute structured sales and marketing campaigns.
• Structure large secured bulk deals with OMCs and coordinate with supply and operations teams to ensure product availability.
• Build strategic relationships with financial institutions for letters of credit, guarantees and working‑capital instruments to support larger sales volumes.
• Manage partnerships with storage/terminal operators, transporters, inspection companies and insurance brokers to ensure reliability and cost competitiveness.
• Engage with regulators and standards bodies to guarantee full compliance and uphold HSSE standards during site visits, loading and decanting.
• Maintain auditable sales records, price approvals and customer communications within the CRM system.
