Sales and Marketing Representative

About the role

The Insurance Agency is looking for a full‑time Sales and Marketing Representative based in Kampala. You will be responsible for generating new business, presenting agency services to prospects, and nurturing existing client relationships to drive repeat sales.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through client meetings and lead follow‑up.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, ensuring they align with client expectations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to guarantee smooth service delivery.
• Support marketing campaigns, gather market insights, and contribute to promotional activities.
• Maintain accurate sales records, meet sales targets, and report on performance and market trends.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Experience in sales, marketing, or client‑facing roles within a service‑oriented environment.
• Ability to work on‑site in Kampala, manage time effectively, and handle multiple client engagements.
• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Required skills
