About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position is for a Sales and Marketing Representative based in Kampala. You will drive daily sales activities, engage with both prospective and existing customers, and help shape marketing strategies to deliver exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily sales outreach and follow‑up with potential and existing clients.
• Develop and execute marketing initiatives that support sales goals.
• Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads.
• Deliver client training sessions and product presentations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide value‑driven solutions.
• Meet or exceed established sales targets.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities with a talent for building lasting client relationships.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing strategy implementation.
• Experience delivering training to clients or teams.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and goal‑driven mindset.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Knowledge of the insurance and financial‑services industry is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
