Sales Associate – Insurance Agency

About the role

The Sales Associate will work on‑site in Kampala for Tripple Links Agency, an insurance agency operating within the advertising and media sector. This full‑time position focuses on generating new business, presenting agency services to prospects, and nurturing existing client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through calls, meetings and presentations.
• Prepare basic proposals or quotations and follow up on leads to close sales.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are clearly communicated and delivered.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads and reports.
• Support basic marketing initiatives and contribute to individual and team sales targets.

Required profile

• Demonstrated sales or customer‑facing experience with strong rapport‑building abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Interest in recruitment, advertising or marketing services, or willingness to learn.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
• Ability to work on‑site in Kampala, collaborate in a team and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with common office software and digital communication tools.
• Comfort handling sales records and generating reports.
