About the role
The Sales Consultant – MG will build strong customer relationships, understand client needs and offer suitable products and services that drive sales and loyalty in a retail environment.
Key responsibilities
- Identify potential customers through referrals and recommendations and enter their details into the CRM system.
- Sell standard products and services while supervising a team of sales advisors.
- Respond to escalations, provide necessary approvals, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Record and process custom customer orders accurately.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive sales and loyalty.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field (preferred) with strong sales experience.
- 3‑5 years of proven experience in a similar sales role, demonstrating the ability to work independently.
- Demonstrated competencies such as business insight, customer focus, action orientation, process optimisation, collaboration, interpersonal savvy, nimble learning and self‑development.
