Sales Executive (Entry-Level)

About the role

Twelve Inks is seeking a motivated, results‑driven entry‑level Sales Executive to join its growing technology solutions team. You will help identify new business opportunities, introduce our hosting, server, and IT services to prospective clients, and support the conversion of leads into satisfied customers.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities.
• Generate new sales leads through calls, social media, networking, referrals and other channels.
• Contact prospects, present Twelve Inks' products and services, and understand their needs.
• Recommend suitable technology solutions and follow up consistently.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions and sales pipeline.
• Assist in preparing quotations, proposals and other sales documentation.
• Collaborate with technical and management teams to ensure accurate information is delivered.
• Participate in sales campaigns, client meetings, networking activities and business development initiatives.
• Meet agreed sales activity and performance targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• Strong interest in sales, business development and technology.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confidence speaking with prospective customers and ability to explain technical products in simple terms.
• Good interpersonal, relationship‑building and organizational skills.
• Self‑motivated, disciplined and eager to learn.
• Willingness to work toward measurable targets.
