Sales Marketing Executive – Full‑time, Kampala

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Marketing Executive to join our team in Kampala. The role is full‑time and on‑site, focusing on driving new business and supporting marketing initiatives for our advertising agency.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Conduct market research to analyse trends, customer behaviour and competitor activity.
• Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
• Prepare sales proposals and track campaign performance.
• Report on sales activities and provide insights to improve market presence.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services.

Required profile

• Strong market planning and advertising strategy skills.
• Experience in market research and B2B sales, including lead generation, negotiation and closing deals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field preferred.
• Ability to work on‑site in Kampala, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Professional, customer‑focused mindset and willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Proficiency with social media platforms for advertising.
• Experience using online advertising networks.
• Knowledge of analytics tools to measure campaign performance.
