Sales Marketing Executive

About the role

The Sales Marketing Executive is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Kampala. Reporting to the Insurance Agency Manager, the role focuses on driving sales growth and promoting the agency’s insurance services to both existing and prospective clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow‑up activities to close deals.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns that align with sales objectives.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of sales and marketing initiatives.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market feedback.
• Maintain strong client relationships and support promotional events to increase brand awareness.

Required profile

• Strong market planning and marketing expertise.
• Proven market research abilities to analyse trends, customer needs and competitor activity.
• Solid sales experience with a track record of lead generation, negotiation and deal closure.
• Excellent communication skills for clear presentations and client interaction.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field (preferred).
• Ability to work on‑site in Kampala, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
