About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Person to join our team in Kampala. You will be responsible for promoting our range of bathroom fixtures and delivering excellent customer service while meeting sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with customers, understand their needs and recommend suitable products such as bathtubs and sinks.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and report performance to management.
- Maintain a presentable showroom and ensure product displays are up‑to‑date.
- Learn product specifications and stay informed about new arrivals.
- Utilise smartphones and social media to reach potential customers and generate leads.
Required profile
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, persuasive and able to work independently.
- Honest, hardworking, disciplined and well‑presented.
- Willingness to learn about bathroom fixtures and basic digital tools.
