About the role

Tuko Digital is looking for a motivated Sales Representative to sell its digital marketing solutions to small and medium‑sized businesses. This part‑time, commission‑based position is fully remote, allowing you to work flexible hours while building a personal sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new leads and conduct outreach via phone, email, and online channels.
• Present Tuko Digital’s marketing services in a clear, compelling manner.
• Qualify prospects, understand their business needs, and recommend suitable service packages.
• Manage a personal sales pipeline, follow up on inquiries, and negotiate pricing within set guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
• Document all activities in the CRM and track performance against sales targets.

Required profile

• Strong sales and negotiation abilities, preferably in a commission‑based environment.
• Good understanding of digital marketing concepts or a willingness to learn quickly.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to explain technical services in simple business terms.
• Proven ability to generate leads, manage a pipeline, and work independently.
• Reliable internet connection and a professional remote work setup.
