Sales Representative

About the role

The Sales Representative position is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Kampala. You will be responsible for identifying and approaching potential clients, presenting the agency’s recruitment and advertising services, and converting leads into new business.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach prospective clients across diverse sectors.
• Present the agency’s recruitment and advertising solutions in meetings and sales calls.
• Prepare and deliver tailored proposals to meet client needs.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and sales activities.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service delivery as promised.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and report on performance.
• Contribute actively to the growth of the agency’s client base.

Required profile

• Proven ability in sales, client acquisition, and relationship building.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, both in‑person and over the phone.
• Basic understanding of recruitment, advertising, or related services with a willingness to learn.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management capabilities.
• Comfortable using common office software and digital tools.
• Prior experience in sales, customer service, or business development is an advantage.
• Ability to work on‑site in Kampala.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for managing leads, proposals, and reports.
