Sales Representative – Showroom & Customer Support

About the role
We are looking for dynamic sales professionals to join our showroom team in Kampala. You will be the face of our product line, helping customers choose the best freestanding bathtubs and sinks while meeting sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare accurate quotations for customers.
- Manage the showroom layout and product displays.
- Build and maintain relationships with contractors and suppliers.
- Demonstrate product features and advise customers on optimal selections.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and provide after‑sales support.
Required profile
- Mid‑level experience (at least 12 months) in sales or retail.
- Strong communication skills and professional tone.
- Fast thinking, integrity, confidence and problem‑solving ability.
- Customer‑focused mindset with a commitment to building trust.
