Senior Business Analyst – Pharma Tech Operations

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join the Pharma Technical Operations team. You will work on Manufacturing Execution System (MES) initiatives, bridging site‑specific knowledge with global MES CORE objectives to ensure efficient recipe authoring, verification and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage end‑to‑end business analysis workstreams, handling ambiguous and complex problems.
• Apply standard analysis frameworks, mentor junior and intermediate analysts, and shape team ways of working.
• Conduct thorough domain research, root‑cause analysis and deliver comprehensive requirements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders, facilitate workshops, resolve conflicts and act as a trusted advisor.
• Contribute to solution selection, identify gaps and propose creative improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of business analysis experience (60 months) in a senior capacity.
• Proven ability to lead analysis, mentor others and influence stakeholder perspectives.
• Strong understanding of pharma manufacturing technologies and MES environments.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
