Senior DTC E-Commerce Growth & Performance Marketer

About the role

We are seeking a senior performance marketer to lead the digital growth of Zabu, an African lifestyle e‑commerce brand. The role will build and scale an international customer‑acquisition engine across the US, UK, Canada, Australia and Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns, Google Ads, Google Shopping and TikTok ads.
• Design and manage retargeting, remarketing and cart‑abandonment flows.
• Scale international acquisition budgets and allocate spend across markets.
• Conduct audience research, creative testing and UGC/creator collaborations.
• Optimise landing pages, conversion funnels and product‑level growth tactics.
• Run email, SMS and WhatsApp remarketing programmes.
• Track and analyse CAC, CPA, ROAS, AOV, LTV, contribution margin and other KPIs.
• Produce daily and weekly performance reports for stakeholders.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of hands‑on performance‑marketing experience, preferably in DTC e‑commerce.
• Proven track record scaling brands in the US, UK, Canada, Australia or Europe.
• Strong expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads/Shopping.
• Experience with Shopify or comparable e‑commerce platforms.
• Solid understanding of CAC, ROAS, LTV and profitability metrics.
• Data‑driven decision‑making and ability to move quickly.
