Senior DTC E‑Commerce Growth & Performance Marketer

About the role

We are looking for a senior performance‑marketing professional to own and scale the international customer‑acquisition engine for Zabu, our African lifestyle e‑commerce brand. The role focuses on driving paid‑media growth across key markets (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Europe) and turning traffic into repeat customers.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.
• Manage Google Search, Shopping and TikTok advertising.
• Design and execute retargeting, remarketing and UGC/creator campaigns.
• Scale acquisition budgets while monitoring CAC, CPA, ROAS and LTV.
• Conduct audience research, creative testing and conversion‑rate optimisation.
• Optimise landing pages and product‑level growth funnels.
• Run email, SMS and WhatsApp remarketing flows.
• Produce daily and weekly performance reports and attribution analysis.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of hands‑on performance‑marketing experience.
• Proven track record scaling DTC e‑commerce brands in competitive international markets.
• Experience targeting customers in the USA, UK, Canada, Australia or Europe.
• Strong commercial understanding of CAC, ROAS, LTV and profitability.
• Data‑driven decision‑making and ability to act quickly.
