Senior Front-End Developer (React/Next.js)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Front-End Developer to lead the design and implementation of high‑performance web interfaces using React and its modern ecosystem. The role involves building reusable components, integrating with APIs, and ensuring optimal performance, accessibility, and SEO. You will work closely with back‑end engineers and cross‑functional teams to deliver a robust web portal.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop the front‑end of a web portal using React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, Redux and Tailwind CSS.
• Create and maintain reusable, modular, and scalable UI components.
• Integrate front‑end applications with REST and GraphQL APIs.
• Optimize performance, accessibility and SEO metrics (Lighthouse, Web Vitals).
• Collaborate with back‑end developers and cross‑functional teams.
• Ensure visual consistency using component libraries such as Material UI or Ant Design.
• Implement authentication and authorization flows (JWT, OAuth2, Azure AD).
• Write unit, integration and end‑to‑end tests (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).
• Participate in code reviews and uphold development standards.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• Document technical solutions and maintain version control practices.

Required profile

• Strong experience with React.js and modern ecosystem (Next.js, TypeScript, Redux, Tailwind CSS).
• Proven ability to design scalable, secure, high‑performance web interfaces.
• Hands‑on experience building reusable components using hooks, context and server components.
• Experience integrating with REST and GraphQL APIs.
• Solid understanding of web performance optimization, accessibility and SEO.
• Experience collaborating with back‑end developers in full‑stack environments.
• Familiarity with component libraries (Material UI, Ant Design) or custom design systems.
• Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).
• Knowledge of code review processes, pull requests and development standards.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Azure DevOps).
• Understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth2, Azure AD).
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
