Senior Lease Analyst - Abstraction

About the role

The Senior Lease Analyst – Abstraction will support JLL’s lease administration function by abstracting critical information from lease and contract documents and ensuring accurate data entry into lease management systems. You will work independently, liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver high‑quality lease data for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first escalation point for property managers, clients, and offshore lease administration teams on lease queries.
• Perform lease abstractions for new setups, renewals, assignments, and modifications.
• Maintain control sheets, calendars, and ensure accurate MRI data capture.
• Manage monthly tasks such as rent reviews, minor adjustments, PLI certificates, and lease administration reporting.
• Attend and contribute to monthly/quarterly lease administration meetings.
• Provide CALA and MRI training to property managers and support ad‑hoc reporting requests.
• Conduct weekly quality reviews of abstractions and drive process improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in lease administration or related real‑estate data management.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently without close supervision.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with tenants, owners, and internal teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MRI lease management system.
• Experience using CALA workflow tools.
• Ability to abstract and input lease data accurately into database systems.
