Senior Software Engineer

About the role

NiCE is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the Mobius team, which powers the data platform behind NIA analytics. You will design, build, and maintain highly scalable backend services that ingest, transform, and serve massive volumes of customer interaction data for downstream analytics teams worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable C#/.NET backend services.
• Develop, optimize, and monitor high‑volume ETL and data ingestion pipelines.
• Design, tune, and maintain complex Microsoft SQL Server environments.
• Troubleshoot performance issues across large‑scale distributed systems.
• Investigate and resolve production incidents affecting customers.
• Collaborate with multiple engineering teams that rely on Mobius‑managed data.
• Leverage AI‑assisted development tools to accelerate coding, testing, and code reviews.
• Contribute to platform enhancements, new features, and architectural improvements.

Required profile

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong background in C#/.NET backend development.
• 4+ years managing Microsoft SQL Server in production.
• Proven ability to build high‑volume data processing systems and ETL solutions.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
