Shop Attendant

About the role

As a Shop Attendant at pcmall Retail you will be the backbone of daily shop operations, ensuring the store is clean, organized, stocked and ready for customers. Working side‑by‑side with the Assistant Administrator you will handle deliveries, device preparation and basic logistics so sales never stall.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the shop’s cleanliness, organization and sales‑ready appearance.
• Receive and manage deliveries, pickups, repairs and other errands across Kampala.
• Inspect, charge and keep all devices functional and ready for sale.
• Execute tasks assigned by the Assistant Administrator quickly and accurately.
• Support daily stock counts and reconciliation of inventory.

Required profile

• Valid National Identity card and UCE Certificate or higher.
• Punctual, disciplined and able to act swiftly on assigned tasks.
• Presentable and professional in appearance and conduct.
• Honest, energetic, dependable and trustworthy with valuable equipment.
• Strong attention to detail, time‑management and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of computers, laptops and accessories.
