About the role
The Shop Manager will lead the daily operations of our fragrance and beauty shop, ensuring a welcoming environment for customers and driving sales performance.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day shop activities and maintain high standards of customer service.
- Monitor stock levels, receive deliveries, and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Create and maintain attractive product displays that reflect brand standards.
- Assist customers, promote products, and build lasting relationships to increase sales.
- Track sales performance and implement initiatives to meet targets.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a business‑related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in retail sales or shop management.
- Strong organisational abilities and a customer‑focused mindset.
Required skills
- Basic computer skills.
