About the role

This short‑term consultancy supports the mid‑term review of the Bridge project, which aims to improve secondary education, skills development and job opportunities for refugee and host‑community youth in Uganda (2022‑2027). The consultant will report to the Bridge MEAL Manager and work closely with senior project staff.

Key responsibilities

Conduct a comprehensive mid‑term review of the Bridge project against its stated outcomes.
Analyse quantitative and qualitative data collected by the project’s MEAL system.
Prepare a detailed review report and present findings to the Bridge MEAL Manager, Country MEAL Manager and Project Director.
Provide actionable recommendations to strengthen project implementation for the remaining project period.

Required profile

Experience in monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEAL) for education or youth livelihood projects.
Familiarity with refugee‑host community contexts in Uganda.
Ability to work under the guidance of senior MEAL and program managers.
