Site Reliability Engineer

About the role

Triomics is building an AI layer for oncology electronic health records. As a Site Reliability Engineer you will bridge backend product development and infrastructure, writing application code in the morning and troubleshooting Kubernetes deployments in the afternoon. You will ensure the platform that processes millions of clinical documents remains reliable, scalable, and secure.

Key responsibilities

• Map and document the entire production infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and customer‑hosted environments.
• Own the stability of at least one customer deployment, including monitoring, alerting, and incident response.
• Develop and ship backend services that improve patient data processing and document pipelines.
• Automate manual operational tasks, create runbooks, and enhance CI/CD pipelines for safer, faster releases.
• Design observability solutions to detect pipeline failures and data‑quality regressions before they impact customers.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of cloud environments (AWS, Azure) and multi‑tenant Kubernetes clusters.
• Experience with production‑grade observability, monitoring, and incident management.
• Ability to switch between infrastructure firefighting and product feature development.
• Proactive mindset to identify fragile components and propose scalable solutions.
