Social Media Manager & Content Creator

About the role

We are seeking a creative, results‑driven Social Media Manager and Content Creator to boost our brand’s digital presence. You will plan, produce and publish engaging multimedia content while fostering community interaction across platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a monthly content calendar aligned with brand objectives.
• Film and edit high‑quality videos and photos using a smartphone or professional camera, creating reels, TikToks and static posts.
• Manage community engagement by monitoring comments, direct messages and encouraging interaction.
• Track performance metrics such as reach, engagement and conversions, delivering monthly reports with actionable insights.
• Stay current with platform algorithms, trends and viral audio to keep content relevant.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator or similar digital marketing role, with a strong portfolio.
• Excellent written and spoken English, strong storytelling ability and solid time‑management skills.
• Reliable power supply (inverter, generator or solar) and stable high‑speed internet connection.
• High‑performance laptop capable of running editing software smoothly and a smartphone with a high‑quality camera.

Required skills

• Proficiency with mobile/desktop video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere and Canva.
