Space Knowledge & Communications Expert

About the role

NTU International is seeking a qualified Non‑Key Expert to support knowledge management, editorial production, communication and visibility for the Africa‑EU Space Partnership programme. The role will involve creating and disseminating policy and technical content and maintaining digital knowledge platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage knowledge resources and editorial production for the Africa‑EU Space Partnership initiative.
• Develop and maintain digital knowledge platforms, visibility materials and case studies, ensuring compliance with EU donor requirements.
• Coordinate with African and European partners to ensure consistent messaging and visibility.
• Support the creation of policy briefs, case studies and technical reports for dissemination.

Required profile

• University degree (minimum three‑year programme) in communication, journalism, knowledge management, information science or a related field.
• Minimum three years of professional experience in communication, editorial production, knowledge management or digital content.
• At least one year producing knowledge or communication products for donor‑funded or institutional programmes, preferably in the space or STI sector.
• Excellent command of English; working knowledge of French or Portuguese is an asset.
