Space Market, Innovation & Investment Expert

About the role

NTU International is seeking a highly qualified expert to support the Africa‑EU Space Partnership Programme. The role focuses on developing space and geospatial markets, fostering innovation, and preparing organisations for investment across African and European ecosystems.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market analyses and feasibility studies for space and geospatial sectors in Africa and the EU.
• Design and implement innovation instruments, incubation and acceleration programmes.
• Support entrepreneurs and companies in commercialisation and investment‑readiness activities.
• Facilitate knowledge exchange, policy dialogue and private‑sector engagement between African and European partners.
• Provide advisory services on access to finance and investment opportunities.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in economics, business administration, engineering, innovation management or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in market analysis, business development or investment advisory in technology sectors.
• At least 4 years of experience working on space or geospatial markets.
• Excellent command of English; working knowledge of French or Portuguese is an asset.
• Demonstrated understanding of African space markets and investment ecosystems is a plus.
