Systems Completion Coordinator (TIL)

About the role

The Systems Completion Coordinator (TIL) will work within the project team and with the client to ensure accurate completion data and smooth hand‑over of system packages. The role focuses on maintaining data integrity in the project’s completions management system and coordinating activities across construction, commissioning and quality functions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain data integrity in the selected Completions Management System and ensure all ITPs, pre‑commissioning and commissioning check sheets are completed and signed off.
• Coordinate completion activities between completions, quality, construction, commissioning and company personnel.
• Work with the Systems Completion Manager to define system packages in the database according to the hand‑over strategy.
• Liaise with the Systems Completion Administrator, Punchlist Coordinator and Preservation Coordinator to keep progress, punch‑list and preservation records up to date.
• Plan daily activities based on schedule requirements and interface with subcontractors, vendors and third parties for completion tasks.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent diploma.
• Minimum 3 years experience on EPC projects in a completions specialist/coordinator/administrator role, preferably in the oil & gas industry.
• Understanding of hand‑over, walk‑down, punch‑listing and preservation processes.
• Strong English communication skills, both oral and written.

Required skills

• Experience with ICAPS or other completions management software.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite; knowledge of MS Access is advantageous.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings such as P&ID, SLD, I&C architecture and telecom block diagrams.
