Technical Project Manager

About the role

eTranzact Platform Ltd is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of mission‑critical technology platforms and integrations that support digital finance across Africa. This role oversees end‑to‑end software project delivery, ensuring collaboration between engineering, product, and business teams while driving innovation, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of software and technology projects.
• Translate business requirements into clear technical tasks, timelines, and milestones.
• Coordinate engineering, product, QA, design, and external partner teams.
• Identify and resolve project risks, dependencies, and blockers.
• Maintain project documentation, roadmaps, schedules, and progress reports.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand‑ups, and retrospectives.
• Track resource allocation and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Communicate project updates, risks, and progress to stakeholders and leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, Scrum Master, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of software development, APIs, cloud technologies, and DevOps.
• Hands‑on experience managing Agile/Scrum projects.
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple technical projects simultaneously.
