Techno Commercial Manager – RAN EMEA

Turn cutting‑edge radio technology into strong commercial outcomes. As the Techno Commercial Manager for RAN in EMEA, you will combine technical knowledge with business acumen to shape offer strategy, guide commercial decisions and enable profitable growth across RAN engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead RAN techno‑commercial strategy and tactics for EMEA‑prioritised engagements, including benchmarking and new product introductions.
• Translate RAN technology advances into compelling ROI/TCO narratives with appropriate commercial structures and risk‑mitigation options.
• Drive proactive value creation by contributing to Strategy‑to‑Win and country strategies ahead of RFQs.
• Facilitate data‑driven, value‑based pricing through benchmarks, discount guardrails and margin‑smart incentive frameworks.
• Shape negotiation strategy, represent techno‑commercial logic to customer CTO/CPO/CFO teams and support direct negotiations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering, Business or related field; MBA preferred.
• Proven experience in commercial, solution or techno‑commercial roles within the RAN domain, with hands‑on structuring and negotiation of complex telecom/ICT deals.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, credible with domain, commercial and C‑level executives.
• Experience in EMEA telecom markets is preferred.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of RAN technologies (2G, 3G, 4G, 5G, Massive MIMO, software licensing, Cloud RAN, Open RAN).
• Exposure to Core, Cloud, Transport and OSS/BSS architectures.
• Mastery of commercial modelling, TCO/ROI analysis and value‑based pricing.
• Financial fluency and negotiation expertise, including use of contract levers.
