Tele Sales Agent

About the role

Veyndii Credit Limited is hiring a full-time Tele Sales Agent in Kampala (Kamwokya). The role involves making outbound calls to prospective and existing customers, promoting the company's products and services, and meeting sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Promote and explain the company's products and services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Update customer information accurately in company systems.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• Previous telesales, call center, customer service or sales experience is an added advantage; fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills, and strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency.
