Training Facilitator – Incubation Hub (Part‑time)

About the role

The Training Facilitator (working 50% of time only) will equip Incubation Hub participants, e‑mobility graduates, boda riders, and savings‑group members with practical business, financial literacy, employability, and enterprise‑development skills through engaging training and coaching. The role delivers programme‑approved content, adapts sessions to participants’ needs, provides follow‑up support, maintains accurate attendance and learning records, and shares timely feedback to strengthen programme quality and participant outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver weekly business fundamentals and entrepreneurship training to Incubation Hub participants.
• Provide employability and soft‑skill training to e‑mobility graduates, women and youth entering the sector.
• Conduct follow‑up sessions on business registration and formalisation for small enterprises ready to scale.
• Support the annual Green Business Bootcamp and facilitate the Shark Tank event.
• Maintain accurate attendance, learning records and quality‑assurance documentation; produce monthly and quarterly reports.
• Capture and share lessons learned to improve programme quality.

Required profile

• Diploma in adult education, community development, business or a related field.
• Business mentorship or coaching certification (preferred).
• Experience with digital financial literacy or similar training methods (advantage).
• Prior work with boda riders or informal groups on financial literacy and business development (advantage).
• Proven ability to run trainings, coaching or group sessions on entrepreneurship and business skills.
• Fluency in English and Luganda.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel within Kampala and across the country as needed.
